Located on the main floor, First Avenue side of the building, the New Horizons Gallery is a family-run business and one of largest art galleries in Alaska. They have been home to historic and contemporary Alaskan artists since 1979 and have been serving Alaskans and visitors since the territorial days. www.NewHorizonsGallery.com

The Fudge Pot, located next to the gallery on First, offers espresso, sandwiches, gifts, ice cream, homemade fudge. Featuring Alaskan cranberry and blueberry fudge. www.theFudgePot.com

Festival Fairbanks, located on the 3rd floor,  is a non-profit organization, officially designated by the Fairbanks City Council to plan, organize, develop and coordinate commemorative activities for the City of Fairbanks. Their mission is to enhance the long-term quality of life for Interior Alaska residents through tourism and economic development, historic preservation through recognition of significant historical anniversaries, education and beautification. www.FestivalFairbanks.org

KATN debuted on March 1, 1955 as KFAR, and was Fairbanks' second television station. It is now a part of the ABC Alaska Superstation. www.AKsuperstation.com
