Welcome!

The Lathrop Building is located in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, Alaska between First and Second Avenue, next to Springhill Suites and across the street from the Court House.

Office and studio spaces on the north and west side of the building offer gorgeous views of the golden Heart Park, Chena River, Immaculate Conception Church and beyond. Main entrance and hallways are hung with art from the New Horizons Gallery.

The building is literally right in the middle of a slew of yearly events that take place downtown each year like:  Golden Days Parade, Summer Solstice Festival, the Yukon Quest start (alternate years), and the GCI North American Sled Dog Race.[Photo right: 2007 GCI North American start in front of the Lathrop Building.]
